I’m Clarisa , an Architect/ Designer. A Design professional with over Sixteen (16) years of extensive experience in handling projects from initial client brief through completion.
A creative and inspired designer who is excellent in communication skills thus establishing good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Being involved proactively in a vast project typology & varying contract procurement which afforded the skillful career experience. To name a few prominent ones: The Palm Fronds Villas ( Dubai), World Trade Centre-Interiors (Qatar), High Rise Condominium projects (Hongkong & Singapore), Landed properties (Philippines).

My Journey So Far
1.Architect Executive
2026
Responsible for Archicad & Computer-Aided Design, Detailing & Coordination for High Rise, Mid-Rise Mixed-Use Developments, as well as Master Development Architectural and trades/disciplines such as Engineers, Project Managers & other Design Consultants to Ensure Quality & Timely Submission of each handled project; Attend Corporate Meetings; Advise space layout & detail scheme solutions and Site Development for variety of Design & submission requirements.
2. Freelance Design Architect
2020
From inception of the Project, Setting Project Schedule & Drawing list; Review of Computer-Aided Design Drawings for refinement & Quality Control; Responsible for Computer-Aided Design, Detailing & Review of Final Details for Mixed-use & Residential Developments on both Architectural and Interior Projects.
3. Project Architect
2013
Provide efficient design layout for client presentation & approval; assist in coordinating
submission drawings to respective building authorities; dealing with Clients, Consultants,
Contractors, & other trades for budget & design finalization; entrusted in producing
Computer-aided design & detailing for A&A Conservation shop houses, Private
residence/Condominium, Commercial Projects for Site Execution; Periodic Site Inspection.
